I’m so in love with vintage fashion sparked by my late mother Margo L. Walker, who was a sharp trendy dresser and phenomenal designer, in her own right ( often designing many of her own clothes that got rave reviews from co-workers and friends alike) and also watching a Fleetwood Mac video “Gypsy” showcasing the raspy vocals of Stevie Nicks along with her intimate laced-fused vintage style. It’s a delight and about time Vintage Style Fashion takes center-stage in the business world and urban nightclubs. As I was browsing my personal Facebook page, I noticed a advertisement for RoseGal and thought the clothes are quite attractive; while capturing influences stemming from the 1940’s up to the 1970’s, so I decided to take a closer look to confirm my suspicions. And sure enough, it was vintage alright; except RoseGal, goes all the way to the 1920’s.
And it was love at first glance, this Online Boutique has it all….I mean everything from Haute Chic to Modern Vintage fashion influenced by the British, French, Military and Intimate Fusion; here’s a direct quote from RoseGal themselves, “RoseGal was started by a group of friends who all share a deep and abiding passion for stunning clothing and fashion. Specifically, it is the intimate fusion of endless possibilities that vintage and modern apparel has to offer. We love vintage for its understated simplicity, always en vogue character and stylized elegance. But most of all, we see the vintage style as being a uniquely timeless fashion statement, effortlessly embodying and capturing the essence of classic fashion. This contrasts with the transformative, evolving nature of modern styles that capture the essence of urban energy and edgy lifescapes. By seamlessly offering both styles of clothing, shoes and accessories, we aim not only to capture the imagination but also the hearts of our customers. Inspired by the natural charm and appeal of the vast spectrum of fashionable clothing, our goal is simple: to share our love for the best fashion with each and every one of you.”
When RoseGal says, they want to share their fashion with everyone, they clearly mean it…most clothing sizes range from small to 2XL and the clothing compliments all figures. I’m proud to say, I love RoseGal and what they stand for and have always been intrigued with fashions from the 1920’s all the way to 1960. There was something fresh and edgy about those days, let alone the fashion and American was apart of the fashion movement, in some cases not realizing it but our influence worldwide is obvious and vice versa. Below are some of the hot vintage items currently on sale by RoseGal.
